Take a crawl on the wild side! Sensual moves combining yoga, pilates, and erotica. Perfect for scuplting your body while feeling sexy. Class includes kneeling, leaning, crawling, and horizontal positioning. Participants need to be able to move freely & spned time on their knees. Yoga moves are used for cushioning and comfort. |
